Become a Patient

At Rocky Mountain Fertility Center there are several ways you can become a patient in our medical practice:

As a first step you can call and schedule an INITIAL NEW PATIENT CONSULT VISIT ( If you wish to schedule an appointment at our Parker office call 303-999-3877; for those patients that wish to be seen in our South Dakota office please call 605-343-9224 (appointments only).

This visit is for new patients that desire a face-to-face consult with the doctor. At the initial consult visit you and your partner will spend 45 minutes with the doctor discussing your medical history and previous treatments. At this initial visit we will:

• Review your medical records and personal medical history
• Answers any questions you may have
• If it is the appropriate time of the cycle, we may perform a physical exam and ultrasound
• We will discuss possible treatment options and costs
• Prescribe medications and/or orders fertility testing

At this visit you will spend 15 minutes with the nurse coordinator reviewing your treatment plan to help you move quickly through the diagnostic phase into the treatment phase.

For those patients that live out of town you can schedule an INITIAL NEW PATIENT PHONE CONSULT VISIT. This visit is for patients that are new to the practice that wish to have their initial consult by phone because it would be difficult for them to travel to the office. An initial phone consult can not be billed to insurance and must be pre-paid. Please call 303-999-3877 to schedule your phone consult.

Those patients who are not sure whether they want to seek fertility care, can arrange for a free 15 minute consult to discuss their medical history briefly. Please call 303-999-3877 to schedule your free phone consult.
