IN HOUSE THERAPY NOW AVAILABLE AT RMFC FOR COUPLES AND INDIVIDUALS

Trying to unsuccessfully start a family may be one of the most stressful times in a couple’s life. When the reality means seeking outside help, the pressure increases. Along with daily life and responsibilities, a whole new set of worries and fears begin.canstockphoto15418284

Sex, children and money can create negativity in any relationship and the infertility journey shines a spotlight on all three! During this time, it’s important to seek the council of a mental health professional who can help you navigate the emotional side of your fertility journey. Twenty percent of couples who do not see a therapist will drop out of infertility treatments. Just simply talking to someone who ‘gets it’ can be a stress reducer.

It’s imperative to have an integrative approach to baby and that includes mind, body and soul. Rocky Mountain Fertility Center is so happy to have Jill Oulman, MA, NCC, LPCC as the in-house therapist to help couples and individuals navigate their new reality and path toward starting a family.
